Before joining the roofing business, Greg honed his construction and trades skills working in his father's fabrication shop, giving him a strong foundation in practical problem-solving.
Greg's passion for martial arts, which he has practiced for over 18 years, has helped him develop discipline, leadership, and attention to
detail—qualities he applies to every roofing project.
A world traveler, Greg has learned about diverse cultures and ways of life, shaping him into a flexible and well-rounded team leader.

ALEX MALO

Alex Malo brings over five years of hands-on experience in roofing and exterior home services to Pacific Sierra Roofing.
Based in Nanaimo and serving Vancouver Island, he specializes in roof installation, maintenance, and repair, ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
As our Site Sales & Roofing Supervisor, Alex combines technical expertise with client-focused project management, overseeing installations and coordinating with homeowners to deliver exceptional results.
Before joining the roofing industry, Alex gained valuable mechanical and construction skills, which allow him to manage roofing projects with precision and care. His practical expertise ensures that each roof replacement or repair meets our strict quality standards.
Alex is also a disciplined Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and former professional musician, demonstrating creativity, focus, and persistence—qualities he applies to every roofing project.

Originally from Mexico City, Victor brings a strong background in mechanical engineering and professional experience from Volkswagen, combined with military training and mastery in hapkido, giving him discipline, precision, and leadership skills.
Since arriving in Canada, Victor has dedicated himself to the siding industry, becoming a highly sought-after contractor for Hardie board, vinyl siding, metal cladding, and cedar installations. He is James Hardie trained, recognized as a preferred installer of their products, ensuring top-quality results for every project.
As the senior member of our team, Victor serves as a mentor, sharing his wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on experience. His expertise, dedication, and leadership guarantee that every siding project is managed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards for homeowners across Nanaimo and Vancouver Island.
BRAD DEVEY

Brad Devey has dedicated over fifteen years to the roofing profession, making him a highly skilled and reliable installer at Pacific Sierra Roofing.
Serving homeowners across Nanaimo and Vancouver Island, Brad specializes in roof replacement, flat roof installation, and shingle repair, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and durability.
A cousin of Greg Rego, Brad co-founded a successful roofing business and brings a strong work ethic developed from years of labor-intensive experience. Known as one of the hardest-working members of our team, he combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for his craft.
Outside of roofing, Brad stays active through recreational hockey and hiking, which helps him maintain focus and energy on every project.

WALTER BUFFALO
